Refund Policy

1. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer ordering from within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
2. How to request a return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello@motionmobility.world or through our Contact page within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your order reference and intention to return the item.
3. Condition of returned goods
For hygiene reasons, food supplements with a broken or opened seal cannot be returned unless the product is faulty or was not as described. Unopened, unused items in their original packaging are eligible for a full refund.
4. Refund process and timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. If payment was made cash-on-delivery, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
5. Return shipping costs
Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
6. Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including reasonable return shipping costs, at no cost to you.
